The Fund provides two contribution reporting options for monthly employer submission of Remittance Reports for the National Pension Fund.
1. E-Remit System: The E-Remit now provides a secure on-line payment feature in partnership with SunTrust Bank. Look for the "Pay Now" button on the confirmation page after uploading your file.
Restricted credentials can be provided for separate users to upload reports only or to pay online only.
To obtain your E-Remit log-in credentials via email, click here, and select "E-Remit System" as the subject and include the following information in the body of the form:
- Employer Code(s)
- Name of Contact Person
- Contact phone number and/or e-mail address

2. Excel Spreadsheet or ASCII Text format: The employer writes its own program based on specifications provided by the Fund. This method is best for larger employers (more than 100 employees) that want to download data from another system, such as a payroll system. The data can be written in Excel Spreadsheet or ASCII Text format. Submit the file to the Fund Office via our secure FTP (File Transfer Protocol) site.
•Whether you use E-Remit or transfer files to our FTP site, you may submit payments by sending to the Fund’s lockbox or via ACH transfer to the Fund’s bank along with your transmittal form.
